Why I love Gay Saunas / Bath Houses

The term "gay sauna/bathhouse"
carries a stigma I simply couldn't shake and now after personal experiences, simply don't agree with. Now with internet and reviews, you can check others experiences online and you can have a good idea what goes on inside.
Its not filthy orgy rooms, whips and chains, dark sleazy sex mazes, filthy toilets and perverted old trolls giving me dirty looks. To the contrary many saunas are clean, beautiful and wonderfull filled with gay and bisexual men in all sizes, colors and ages.
Offcourse the very first time(s) you might be very nervous (even to go into a sauna) but when you walk around a sauna, what I found my very first time was a bunch of "regular" guys just like me! No whips! No Chains! No scary stuff.... offcourse some guys are a bit horny...but whats wrong with that.... L0L
What I love about bathhouses/gaysaunas is their feeling of both "safety" and "freedom." You feel "safe" because you are walled off from the outside world and are surrounded by nothing but like-minded gay men. And you feel "free" because you have shed your clothes [and the psychic baggage that goes with them].
Another thing I love is there always seems to be something or someone for everyone. On the outside world you as a bi/gay man might rarely get looked at twice anymore.
Outside of bathhouses no one might give a fuck about you. But when you enter a bathhouse and strip, suddenly guys take an interest. It is a great ego booster. Believe you me! Even for a guy like me who gets looks on the street. You might be amazed at some of the hot guys you might hook-up with in a sauna.
Guys that would not give you the time of day on the outside: young men, beautiful men, well-endowed men....the list goes on.
And then there are the guys who look so "average" when they enter: blue collar workers, nerds, sloppy dressers. They remove their clothes and WOW! --- hairy chests, beautiful dicks, bubble butts and toned bodies or rippling muscles. By removing their clothes you also remove the class distinctions that normally separate people. Poor Students can do it with millionaires. Old with young. Black with white and or asian.
Even the plus-size and trolls seem to find partners regularly. There are chubby-chasers and grandpa-chasers. Something and someone for everyone.
Bathhouses may help you emotionally. From what i hear and notice, saunas have helped many guys from some of the loneliness as well as being a great stress-releaser [general stress as well as
sexual stress]. Also for me, I do not hang out that often anymore in gay bars and discos, and its nice to be in a sauna with gay men and feel comfortable.
You can listen to the music, relax in a Jacuzzi, take a hot shower, have a talk with a few guys. Besides how great is it to be able to shamelessly get erections all day and have 2 or 3 orgasms an afternoon/night while having a wonderfull, relaxing and fun time. I had!
For me it is all a great fantasy and sensuality. You leave the real (sometimes tiring/boring/stressfull or lonely) world behind and enter a protected gay sanctuary. An oasis in the city!!
